Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) is looking for a Section Manager for Frozen, Dairy & Chill who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Frozen, Dairy & Chilled section to ensure product availability, freshness, quality, and profitability. This role manages inventory, merchandising, cold chain compliance, staff performance, and customer service while maintaining food safety standards and achieving sales and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience managing frozen, dairy, or chilled products is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cold chain management, food safety regulations, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail inventory or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifting hours.
