Section Manager Dry Food (Quezon City)

Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) is looking for a Section Manager – Dry Food who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dry food department across both retail and wholesale channels. This role ensures optimal product availability, inventory accuracy, merchandising excellence, and customer satisfaction while achieving sales and profitability targets. The Section Manager leads the department team, manages inventory and replenishment, coordinates with purchasing and sales teams, and ensures compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, supermarket, or FMCG operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in dry food, grocery, or retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, supply chain processes, and retail operations.
• Experience managing both retail and wholesale accounts is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and inventory or retail management systems.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
