Position description: To provide functional & administrative support to Mall Operations department, specifically but not limited to A/MM to ensure that all administrative requirements are met and properly organized.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by managing schedules, reports, correspondence, and coordination of mall activities and events.
- Ensure effective business communication through accurate preparation of notices, minutes, memos, and tenant approvals.
- Deliver quality customer service by handling inquiries, coordinating with departments, and supporting smooth mall operations.
- Maintain compliance and documentation through proper filing, routing, and monitoring of reports, approvals, and official records.
- Pursue learning and growth by engaging in training, skill development, and contributing expertise to organizational talent programs.
