Objectives of this role:
The Seasoned HR Generalist will play a strategic role in building, improving, and managing HR processes that support both clients and offshore teams. This position will focus on developing scalable onboarding frameworks, strengthening employee engagement and accountability initiatives, and optimizing people operations to improve workforce performance and retention. The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, and experienced in creating HR structures within a staffing, outsourcing, or remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, and standardize HR and onboarding processes to support seamless talent integration and long-term team success.
- Create and implement scalable HR systems, workflows, and best practices that improve employee engagement, accountability, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a strategic liaison between clients and offshore teams, helping address communication, performance, and cultural challenges.
- Provide onboarding and talent integration support, including onboarding templates, 30-60-90 day planning, process documentation, and workflow recommendations.
- Design and implement accountability measures to monitor team engagement, productivity, attendance, and overall workforce performance.
- Identify process gaps and recommend HR operational improvements that enhance team experience and client satisfaction.
- Support managers and team leads with employee relations guidance, coaching, performance discussions, and workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee and client concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Prepare and present monthly HR and workforce performance reports, including engagement insights, utilization trends, survey feedback, and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives when needed to support business growth and operational demands.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Solid experience in an HR Generalist role (minimum of 3 years).
- Previous experience working in a staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or talent agency environment is required.
- Experience creating, improving, and implementing HR processes, workflows, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge cultural gaps.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively identify operational and people-related improvements.

- Experience managing a team in a remote work setup.

- Experience supporting distributed or offshore teams.
