- Handle inbound calls from healthcare members and providers
- Answer questions about health plans, coverage, and account information
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Maintain professionalism while resolving customer concerns
- Document interactions in the system
Qualifications
- Open to Freshers
- High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Must be willing to work in a healthcare account environment
