Educational Requirements
A licensed interior designer is an advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Must have 2-3 years experience
Experience in residential, commercial, or office interior design projects is preferred.
Salary Offer: Php 30, 0000 - Php 35,000 / Month
Technical Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar design software.
Knowledge of space planning, furniture layout, and material specifications.
Ability to prepare design concepts, mood boards, working drawings, and cost estimates.
Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and construction practices.
Soft Skills
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare drawings, renderings, and design presentations.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor project implementation.
Ensure design quality, functionality, and compliance with project specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in design-build or construction companies.
Knowledge of procurement and supplier sourcing.
Portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects.
