Role Summary:

We're looking for a Thrive LocalSEO & AI Project Manager to support delivery across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll implement SEO improvements, create content, and support marketing tasks using AI tools, all within clear processes. You'll also ensure seamless client onboarding and SEO implementation. Ideal for someone with solid SEO experience who wants to grow in a structured, fast-moving team working with modern AI tools.

In This Role, You'll Get To:

• Implement technical SEO fixes (crawl issues, indexing, redirects, etc.)
• Apply on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking)
• Conduct keyword research and support content planning
• Write and optimize SEO content (blogs, service pages, etc.)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to assist with content and tasks
• Support basic reporting and performance tracking
• Communicate with clients via email when required
• If you bring any of the following skills, these additional opportunities will likely be included:
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns
• Build or update landing pages
• Occasionally join client calls

You Could Be a Great Fit for This Role If You Have:

• 2+ years experience in SEO or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Good writing skills for SEO content
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Strong written and conversational English communication skills
