Faithworks is a Christian marketing company that partners with mission-driven brands and churches to drive growth through social media and performance-focused advertising.
We're looking for an SEO Specialist who is responsible for developing and executing organic search strategies for a portfolio of agency clients. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring websites are optimized to increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support overall marketing and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once. They collaborate closely with internal teamsincluding content, paid media, and webto ensure SEO efforts are aligned with broader campaigns, while clearly communicating performance, insights, and recommendations.
This role plays a key part in delivering measurable results for clients and continuously improving SEO performance through ongoing optimization, testing, and reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client's goals
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping
- Optimize on-page SEO elements (metadata, headers, internal linking, content structure)
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals)
Content & Collaboration
- Collaborate with content, paid media, and web teams to align SEO with broader campaigns
- Provide SEO guidance for blogs, landing pages, and website builds
- Optimize existing content to improve rankings and performance
Reporting & Performance
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and third-party SEO platforms
- Prepare clear, client-friendly reports on rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Communicate insights, recommendations, and next steps to internal teams and clients
Ongoing Optimization
- Stay current on algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends
- Test and refine strategies based on performance data
- Support local SEO efforts when applicable (Google Business Profiles, citations)
QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years of SEO experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
- Experience working with multiple clients and deadlines
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
