What You'll Do

The SEA Marketing & Digital Specialist plays a central role in strengthening BCG's brand and market presence in the Philippines. This position drives high-impact marketing and communications initiatives that showcase BCG's expertise, thought leadership, and client impact within the local business community.

The role combines strategic communications, media engagement, digital marketing, and event execution. It is part of the Southeast Asia (SEA) Marketing Team and reports to the SEA Head of Marketing, working closely with Manila office leadership, the SEA Partner Group, and Asia-Pacific and Global Marketing teams.

BCG serves Southeast Asia through offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

  • Shape and execute local media and communications strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Build and manage relationships with Philippine and regional media, pitching interviews and op-eds in accordance with BCG campaigns
  • Plan and manage editorial pipelines, including op-eds, articles, and thought leadership content
  • Identify strategic speaking engagements, conferences, and industry partnerships
  • Advise senior leadership on communications strategy and market positioning
  • Develop bespoke client-facing engagements that showcase BCG's expertise
  • Produce and distribute a quarterly Manila-focused marketing newsletter
  • Review publications, and ensure they are produced according to BCG's standards and guidelines

Events

  • Lead end-to-end management of priority events and webinars. This includes developing invitations, managing RSVPs, securing venues, and all other matters related to event logistics, within the allocated budget.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update digital content in coordination with regional and global teams
  • Support email campaigns (invitations, newsletters, report launches), including list management and performance tracking
  • Coordinate social media publishing aligned with SEA and global priorities
  • Track and report on core digital performance metrics (e.g., open rates, registrations, engagement, traffic)
  • Maintain marketing databases, ensuring data quality and compliance
  • Support multi-channel digital promotion of thought leadership and flagship events

Regional & Global Collaboration

  • Partner with AP and global practice area marketing teams to amplify SEA initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with global brand standards and marketing best practices

What You'll Bring

  • 57 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes
  • Strong grasp of email and content marketing, social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep familiarity with the Philippine business and media landscape
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment
  • High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
  • Business-level fluency in English and Tagalog
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia

Required
