SDC BTP&IntegrationManager

The SDC Data & Integration team designs, develops, and supports enterprise integration solutions that connect SAP and non-SAP applications across cloud and on-premise environments. The team is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable integration services using SAP Process Orchestration, SAP Integration Suite, and other SAP Business Technology Platform capabilities. It also supports data extraction, conversion, and migration activities while partnering with functional teams, SAP Security, SAP Basis, architects, project teams, and external partners. In addition, the team promotes modern integration practices, including API-led and event-driven architectures, to support digital transformation and continuous improvement across the organization.

As anSDCBTP&IntegrationManager,youwill:

• Design, develop,test,deploy,andsupportenterpriseintegrationsolutionsusingSAPProcessOrchestration / SAP PO,SAPIntegrationSuite,andrelatedSAPBTPservices.
• Ensure thereliability,availability,security,andcontinuousimprovementofenterpriseintegrationplatformsandservices.
• Lead dataextraction,conversion,andintegrationactivitiesbyidentifyingrelevantdata,localapplications,statutoryrequirements,andbusinessrequirementsformigrationandsystemimplementationinitiatives.
• Provide technicalsolutionsandadvisorysupportforintegratingnewsystemsacrosscloudandon-premiseenvironments.
• Analyze businessandtechnicalrequirementsandtranslatethemintoscalableintegrationanddatasolutionsalignedwithorganizationalstandardsandindustrybestpractices.
• Ensure integrationsolutionsmeetsecurity,performance,scalability,maintainability,compliance,andqualityrequirements.
• Collaborate withprojectteams,functionalstakeholders,SAPSecurity,SAPBasis,solutionarchitects,andexternalpartnerstodeliverintegrationcapabilitiesthatsupportbusinessinitiativesanddigitaltransformationprograms.
• Promote theadoptionofmodernintegrationcapabilities,includingAPI-ledarchitectures,event-drivenintegrationpatterns,messagingtechnologies,asynchronouscommunication,andemergingSAPBTPservices.
• Lead technicalinitiatives,coordinatecross-functionaldeliveryactivities,andprovideguidanceoncomplexintegrationrequirementsandplatform-relatedconcerns.
• Mentor consultantsandtechnicalteammembersthroughcoaching,knowledgesharing,capabilitydevelopment,andcontinuousimprovementactivities.
• Recruit, motivate,andsupporttheprofessionaldevelopmentofdirectandindirectteammembers,whereapplicable.
• Manage additionaltechnicalinitiatives,operationalactivities,andprojectsbasedonevolvingbusinesspriorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degreeinInformationSystems,InformationTechnology (IT),Engineering,Physics,Mathematics,orarelatedfield.
• At least10yearsofoverallexperienceacross Information Technology (IT) disciplines.
• At least5yearsofexperienceworkinginmultinationalenvironmentswithexposuretoenterprisesystemimplementation,integration,andsupport.
• At least5yearsofhands-onexperiencewithSAPBTPintegrationservices,particularlySAPIntegrationSuite,APIManagement,EventMesh,andcloudintegrationcapabilities.
• Strong experiencedesigning,developing,andsupportingenterpriseintegrationsacrosscloudandon-premiselandscapes.
• Experience integratingSAPsolutions,includingSAPS/4HANA,SuccessFactors,Concur,Ariba,andSAPBusinessTechnologyPlatform,withnon-SAPapplications.
• Demonstrated experienceleadingtechnicalinitiativesandcoordinatingdeliveryactivitiesacrossmultipleteamsandstakeholders.
• Proven abilitytoleadtechnicalteams,mentorjuniorconsultants,andpromoteknowledgesharingandprofessionaldevelopment.
• Strong knowledgeofSAPIntegrationSuite,SAPBTPintegrationservices,API-ledintegration,enterpriseintegrationpatterns,messagingtechnologies,andasynchronouscommunication.
• Knowledge ofSAPProcessIntegrationandProcessOrchestration,includinghybridintegrationlandscapes,isanadvantage.
• Strong understandingofintegrationgovernance,platformsecurity,andcompliancerequirementsforenterpriseintegrationenvironments.
• Ability totranslatecomplexbusinessandtechnicalrequirementsintoscalable,secure,andmaintainableintegrationanddatasolutions.
• Exposure toAI-enabledintegrationscenarios,agenticarchitectures,andmodernSAPBTPinnovationservicesisanadvantage.
• Professional workingproficiencyinwrittenandspokenEnglish.
