Create, implement and execute the business development & growth strategy for the shop
Develop online merchandising and pricing strategies to achieve sales targets
Ensure price competitiveness, stock availability & listing optimizations across items in the category
In charge of alignment with external and internal teams on creation of assets, videos, livestream, campaigns and content to drive sales & awareness

Requirements

Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
At least 4 years working experience with management consulting, business development, sales or category/brand marketing
Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives
Strong data analytics skills
Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
