Skillset Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
Proven experience working with Agile teams and delivering complex IT projects.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Qualifications / Other Requirements
SAFe Scrum Master or other Agile certifications are a plus.
Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include, but are not limited to:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
Remove obstacles and shield the team from external interruptions.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and company standards.
Support cross-functional coordination and communication.
