Scrum Master/Project Manager

Job Summary:

(Scrum Master)

• Facilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of applications to help troubleshoot and report issues accurately to dev team.
• Triage and Manage support issues for all applications handled by team.
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
• Work closely with the Service Managers and Technical Leads to understand requirements and scope of work.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best of breed technology, patterns, and methodologies.

(Project Manager)

• Translate project objectives into structured and executable project plans, defining deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, resources, risks, and stakeholders
• Define and control project scope by establishing clear boundaries and managing changes through formal change control processes
• Develop, monitor, and manage project timelines to ensure milestones and key deliverables are achieved on schedule
• Estimate, track, and control project budgets to ensure financial resources are utilized efficiently and within approved limits
• Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and stakeholder expectations
• Plan, allocate, and optimize project resources to maximize efficiency and delivery performance
• Identify, engage, and align stakeholders to project objectives, ensuring strong collaboration and support
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans and ensuring timely resolution
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication on project status, progress, risks, and decisions to all stakeholders
• Balance financial and human resources effectively to drive efficient and sustainable project delivery
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and best practices based on project complexity and context
• Manage multiple project activities simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, accuracy, and execution discipline
• Take full ownership of project outcomes by driving execution, guiding the team toward objectives, and influencing results even without formal authority
• Communicate project information clearly, concisely, and appropriately to different stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Influence stakeholders, align expectations, and secure support for key project decisions and initiatives
• Identify, manage, and resolve conflicts among stakeholders or team members in a constructive and professional manner
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence by understanding, managing, and responding appropriately to the needs and behaviors of stakeholders and team members
• Analyze problems effectively by identifying root causes and developing practical, solution-oriented actions
• Make timely, informed decisions that support project objectives and overall delivery success
• Adapt plans, strategies, and approaches in response to changing project conditions, priorities, and risks

Core Qualifications:

(Scrum Master)

• Mid-level (2 to 3) experience as a Scrum Master is acceptable.
• Certified Scrum Master is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence as as development tool
• Preferred background and experience in .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL technologies.
• Any prior software development or testing experience (Frontend, Backend in E-commerce) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.
• Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely.

(Project Manager):

• Obtained a Bachelor's or College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and/or related fields.
• at least three to five (3-5) years of experience in project management and has developed and implemented projects in various industries including BPO, manufacturing and distribution.
• at least 3 years of experience in managing project teams.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile Software Development environment
• Ability to structure projects into clear plans with defined milestones, deliverables, and ownership
• Ability to track progress against plans and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Ability to maintain organization, documentation, and execution discipline
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and workstreams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery
