Skillset Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Proven experience working with Agile teams and delivering complex IT projects.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Qualifications / Other Requirements
- SAFe Scrum Master or other Agile certifications are a plus.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Remove obstacles and shield the team from external interruptions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
- Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and company standards.
- Support cross-functional coordination and communication.
