Job Summary:
Lead a crossfunctional Data Pod delivering smalltomedium data enhancements on a predictable cadence.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog in ADO/GitHub. Apply Tshirt sizing (S/M/L/XL); plan capacity against 25 SU/sprint with a 20% buffer for support.
- Remove impediments, optimize flow, and enforce DoD for ETL/ELT items prior to
- external QA.
- Track and report sprint KPIs (Intake responsiveness, Cycle time, FPQ, MTTR,
- Timeliness).
- Coordinate UShours overlap and stakeholder reviews; manage spillover within service bounds.
- Partner with the BA and Tech Lead to balance scope vs. capacity and ensure predictable delivery.
