The Scrum Master supports various clients and projects across our customer base.
Facilitates retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint/project to ensure the highest priority retrospective points are addressed to the customer's satisfaction.
Primary duties include:
Coaching scrum teams in all areas (e.g., sprint reviews and planning).
Tracking milestones.
Holding daily stand-up meetings.
Collaborating with engineering, product management, and quality control to ensure projects meet specifications.
Ensures the team follows scrum methodology.
Keeps the team on track, productive, and continuously growing in capability.
