Scrum Master

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, a typical day involves supporting the software development team to work efficiently within an Agile framework. This includes facilitating various Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth communication among team members, and addressing any obstacles that may hinder progress. The role requires continuous engagement with the team to maintain focus on sprint goals and to promote a collaborative and productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team. - Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive team dynamic. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. - Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Ability to use project tracking and reporting tools to monitor progress and metrics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaboration. - Capability to identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
