Script Writer (AI Short Drama)

Key Responsibilities

1. Write original scripts for AI-generated short dramas.

2. Develop story outlines, episode breakdowns, dialogue, and character development.

3. Create compelling hooks, cliffhangers, and emotional moments to maximize audience retention.

4. Integrate gaming themes and product features naturally into storylines.

5. Revise scripts based on creative feedback and production requirements.

6. Work closely with the Creative Quality Manager, AI Production, Content, and Social Media teams.

7. Research market trends and continuously improve storytelling quality.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Film, Literature, Media, Journalism, Creative Writing, or related fields.

2. 2+ years of experience in scriptwriting, short drama, film/TV, gaming, or digital media.

3. Strong storytelling, dialogue writing, and script structure skills.

4. Familiar with short-form content and audience engagement.

5. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

Experience writing short dramas or web series.

Gaming industry experience.

AI content production experience.

English writing skills.
