Fully accountable to hit the overall outbound key performance indicators (KPI) for all tasks under the outbound department.
Manage the schedule and attendance of all employees under your department
Ensures that the SOPs, Safety Protocols, and House rules are being followed by their corresponding teams/staff and can refine and improve existing processes as needed.
Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower that are capable in their current positions while being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
Continuously improve on SOPs to drive efficiency and productivity for end-to-end outbound process from picking until outbound within the agreed timeline targets
Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reporting
Requirements
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Preferably has 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
Can read, understand and report data
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications
Knowledgeable on Warehouse Management System
Strict and able to ensure policy and SOP compliance
