Job Description

In-charge of the validation of all inventory items in the warehouse from fresh deliveries and day to day movement from operations.
Manage the damage, excess and missing inventory to minimize warehouse costs through efficient and timely process of reconciliation of inventory.
Validating, approval and rejection of cycle counts with discrepancies found and declared by all departments (inbound, outbound and inventory).
In-charge of accounting and filling for validated damage claims to the agency for all damages with identified culprits.

Requirements

Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Preferably has 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
Knowledgeable on Warehouse Management System
Proficiency in MS Excel
Amenable to be assigned in Davao
