Job Summary
The SCM Operations and Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across the Belo supply chain.
This role serves as the primary point of contact between Belo Supply Chain Management and all 3PL partners. In addition, the position is responsible for designing, monitoring, and continuously improving the Supply Chain performance management framework by providing accurate reporting, actionable insights, and executive-level dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound deliveries
- Ensure logistics partners consistently meet agreed service levels, operational KPIs, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and logistics costs while reviewing 3PL billing and operational reports
- Manage logistics activities such as clinic deliveries, inter-branch transfers, returns, and reverse logistics
- Develop and maintain supply chain performance dashboards and scorecards covering inventory health, stock availability, fulfillment, forecast accuracy, and logistics performance
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends, risks, and recommendations for improvement
- Partner with Purchasing, Planning, Finance, Clinic Operations, and 3PL providers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, enhance service levels, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail supply chain environments is an advantage
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain performance metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD are an advantage
