Position: SCM - NetSuite Functional Consultant

We are looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our expanding Technology team. In this role, you will focus on sustaining and improving existing NetSuite implementations to keep pace with changing business demands across Installation, Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain functions. Your insights on optimizing current setups will be highly valued.
The ideal candidate can connect business processes with system capabilities, engage effectively with stakeholders, and turn operational requirements into actionable NetSuite configurations. Familiarity with Warehouse Management (WMS), Inventory, Supply Chain (SCM), or Field Service Management (FSM) in NetSuite is a strong plus.
What You'll Do
Improvements & Optimization
- Maintain and enhance existing NetSuite implementations to keep systems aligned with business goals
- Deliver solutions that measurably cut down manual effort, remove workflow bottlenecks, and speed up fulfillment
- Promote adoption of new features by making updates intuitive and well-received by end users
Functional Consulting & Backlog Oversight
- Collect and analyze business requirements to address departmental needs
- Keep a well-maintained, prioritized backlog with clearly defined acceptance criteria ready for development
- Define measurable success benchmarks before major system initiatives are initiated
Project Support & Execution
- Work alongside the NetSuite team to maintain active modules and integrations
- Consistently deliver on committed tasks within sprint cycles
- Perform thorough functional testing prior to releasing updates, reducing post-launch issues
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with various departments to validate changes, troubleshoot issues, and align technical and business teams
- Resolve priority conflicts and address operational concerns efficiently, minimizing unnecessary escalations
Documentation & Reporting
- Keep detailed records of solutions, configurations, and process flows
- Regularly publish release notes, status updates, and progress reports for all relevant teams
What We're Looking For
- 3–4+ years of NetSuite consulting experience with solid functional knowledge in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations
- Hands-on experience with Work Orders & Assemblies, WIP, Manufacturing modules, or Production Scheduling in NetSuite
- Strong grasp of Inventory Management — item types, bin management, lot/serial tracking, replenishment, and safety stock
- Familiarity with Supply Chain modules including Supply Plans and Landed Cost tracking
- Working knowledge of P2P, O2C, and Manufacturing process flows, including MRP and fulfillment operations
- Experience with Manufacturing Costing, cost roll-ups, and variance analysis
Bonus Points For:
- NetSuite certification (e.g., ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation)
- Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite WMS or FSM
- Background in solar energy, manufacturing, or e-commerce industries
