SCHOOL NURSE
About the Role
As our School Nurse, you'll be the cornerstone of health and wellness within our school. You'll play a vital role in promoting the health and safety of our school community, fostering a positive learning environment. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing direct healthcare services to students and staff in the school.
- Implementing and managing school health programs.
- Serving as a vital link between students, parents, and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and ensuring continuity of care.
- Maintaining accurate health records and ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations.
- Responding effectively to emergencies and providing first aid when needed.
- Facilitates and assists with employee Annual Physical Examination (APE).
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to support students with specific health needs.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a caring and proactive individual who possesses:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, or a Certified Caregiver with significant EMT or Nursing Aide experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, teachers, and staff
- A genuine interest in children and their health and wellness
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Salary Offer:
- PHP 20,000-23,000 per month
