About the Role

The School Engagement Partner develops and manages relationships with schools by presenting and recommending FranklinCovey Education solutions. This role focuses on generating new opportunities, supporting schools throughout the training journey, and maintaining strong partnerships to achieve sales targets while creating meaningful impact in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Marketing

• Identify and prospect schools and key stakeholders
• Generate qualified leads and conduct client meetings
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Present FranklinCovey Education programs and solutions

Sales & Account Management

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare proposals and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
• Present solutions to school leaders and decision-makers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Program Coordination

• Coordinate with facilitators and internal teams for program delivery
• Support workshops and training sessions when needed
• Monitor client progress, program impact, and account performance

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized with strong time management skills
• Problem-solving and consultative mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
