What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with planning systems, ERP platforms, or data analytics tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Legal right to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
