Your Role

As a Scheduling and Logistics Team Leader, you will:

• Plan and coordinate bulk fuel deliveries to ensure optimal fleet utilisation, service reliability, and full compliance with HSSE and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor daily scheduling activities, proactively managing disruptions and deviations to meet operational priorities and customer commitments.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all carrier, scheduling, and delivery-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Lead, coach, and support Schedulers and Dispatchers to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage fuel stock levels across nominated sites through demand analysis and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality outbound customer communications, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily scheduling, operational, and performance reports.
• Communicate changes in legislation, road conditions, and customer requirements to drivers to ensure safe and compliant operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve scheduling efficiency and overall business performance.

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

• Demonstrated experience in logistics scheduling, preferably within bulk fuel, oil & gas, or transport-intensive environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing operational teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, delivery-driven operations.
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Sound knowledge of fuel delivery operations, specialised equipment, and Dangerous Goods regulations.
• Ability to identify operational gaps and implement efficiency-driven improvements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, after-hours on-call, and Philippine public holidays.
