Role Description The Scheduler role at DMCI is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasig. The Scheduler is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating project schedules using appropriate tools and methodologies, ensuring activities are properly sequenced and aligned with project milestones. This role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather progress data, analyze variances, and adjust timelines as needed. The Scheduler monitors resource allocation, identifies potential delays or risks, and supports the development of recovery plans to keep projects on track. Daily tasks also include generating schedule reports, presenting status updates to stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation to support efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong project scheduling and planning skills, including experience with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent software.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, engineering workflows, and project lifecycle in infrastructure or building projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating schedule performance, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary project teams and present schedule updates clearly.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; relevant scheduling or project management certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in large-scale construction projects in the Philippines or similar markets is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pasig and adapt to dynamic project requirements and field conditions.
