We are looking for an experienced SCCM Packaging Engineer to handle application packaging, deployment, patching, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and supporting software packages using SCCM and AdminStudio/InstallShield.
Key Responsibilities
Package and repackage software using AdminStudio, InstallShield, PowerShell, and batch scripting for deployment via SCCM
Create, update, and manage SCCM applications, packages, task sequences, collections, and baselines
Maintain and manage the application and package library, including version control and retirement
Manage monthly security patching using SCCM with WSUS integration
Troubleshoot application deployment issues and provide deployment reporting
Support release deployments in a shifting schedule environment
Produce and maintain technical and operational documentation
Work closely with desktop engineering and support teams to ensure smooth deployments
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with SCCM
2 to 3 years of experience using AdminStudio and InstallShield
Strong knowledge of MSI packaging, application deployment, and troubleshooting
Experience with PowerShell and batch scripting
Familiarity with Windows OS deployment tools is a plus
Good communication and documentation skills
Willing to work in a shifting schedule and hybrid onsite setup
