Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SCCM Engineer to support enterprise application packaging, software deployment, and patch management activities. This role focuses on building and maintaining SCCM application packages, managing deployments, and ensuring reliable software delivery across the organization. The position also involves troubleshooting deployment issues, supporting release activities, and maintaining system documentation in a 24x7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Package software applications using AdminStudio, WiseScript, Batch scripting, and PowerShell for deployment through SCCM.
Maintain the SCCM application and package library, including retiring obsolete or redundant applications.
Create, update, and manage dynamic and static collections for application deployment, modification, and removal.
Perform monthly security patching using SCCM integrated with WSUS.
Apply organizational standards and best practices when creating and modifying SCCM applications and packages.
Troubleshoot application deployment issues and resolve packaging-related incidents.
Generate deployment and saturation reports to monitor performance and effectiveness.
Provide support for release deployments, including participation in after-hours and on-call rotations when required.
Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.
Support change management activities and ensure deployment accuracy and compliance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM.
Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Administration.
Proven experience in security patching using SCCM with WSUS integration.
Hands-on experience with AdminStudio (MSI and MST creation).
Experience using WiseScript.
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Batch scripting.
Experience With Microsoft Operating System Deployment Tools Such As
MDT
SCCM OSD
Windows PE
Good understanding of change management processes.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SQL.
Experience in enterprise-scale deployment environments.
Exposure to automation and scripting best practices.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid work setup based at Mall of Asia Business Complex.
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts.
Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation may be required.
