Job Title SCCM Sr. System Administrator
The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities. Also, this position requires the ability to work well with both peers and customers under pressure and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Package and distribution of software and Windows Security Patches/Hotfixes
Ensure requested tasks meet all applicable SLAs while providing world-class service.
Accept and resolve all ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) requests within established SLA timeframes.
Support the organization's continuous improvement of Desktop Systems Mgmt. solutions.
Distribution of Windows Operating Systems through Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Operating System Deployment (OSD).
Improve the reliability and reach of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager / ESD services on the workstation.
Monitor appropriate ticketing system queue(s) for new ESD requests.
Manage Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager advertisements and collections in accordance with standards.
Monitor package distribution and execution status and report when required or as requested.
Monitor and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager servers, maintain server health, troubleshoot, and resolve issues as required.
Provides rapid response to regional and enterprise issues and outages
Provide technical support to the Project Planning and Implementation Teams
Work under limited direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Possess a customer/user - focused attitude.
Interface with team members, clients, customers, and vendors.
Provide technical expertise in a variety of areas.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Bachelor's Degree/ College level with at least 2 years complete school attendance in any field
Experienced in SQL reporting for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, including adding items to the SMS Reporting Dashboard web site
Experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager based desktop management infrastructures for large complex organizations (20000+ clients)
Software Packaging experience (5+yrs) (Wise installer and/or Installshield) Advanced Windows OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting
VBScripting, Windows command-line technologies, PowerShell scripting.
Microsoft Active Directory Administration experience (GPO, user accounts, etc.)
LAN/WAN architecture and troubleshooting.
Candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
Candidate must be willing to start ASAP.
Candidate must be willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
