About The Role

An NCII Scaffolder's job is to safely erect, modify, and dismantle temporary scaffolding structures on construction sites to provide safe working platforms for workers and materials at various heights.

Responsibilities include installing scaffolding according to technical plans, ensuring stability and compliance with safety standards, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining scaffolding equipment.

What You'll Do

  • Reads and interprets blueprints and instructions to determine scaffolding requirements.
  • Assembles and disassembles scaffolding using power tools and hand tools
  • Erects scaffolding on uneven terrain and around obstacles
  • Ensures scaffolding meets safety standards and regulations
  • Conducts regular inspections to identify and repair defects
  • Collaborates with other construction workers to ensure safe working conditions
  • Maintains a clean and organized work site

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate with at least 2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management
  • Scaffold Erection NCII certificate required
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
  • Can start ASAP
