Job Description:
This role will serve as the key bridge between brands, production agencies, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, commercially successful livestream campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brand Liaison & Commercial Alignment
- Serve as the main point of contact for brand partners regarding livestream initiatives
- Understand brand objectives (traffic, sales, new launches, visibility, etc.) and translate them into executable livestream plans
- Align expectations on deliverables, timelines, budgets, and performance targets
- Provide recommendations on livestream format, mechanics, and promotional strategy based on commercial goal.
2. End-to-End Project Management
- Lead livestream planning from brief to post-campaign review
- Develop and manage timelines, workplans, and stakeholder coordination
- Ensure all milestones are met across creative, technical, and operational workstreams
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve bottlenecks
3. Production & Agency Coordination
- Work closely with external production agencies on creative direction, show flow, scripts, set-up, and technical execution
- Ensure production quality meets brand standards and platform best practices
- Align on host selection, run-of-show, and promotional materials
- Oversee on-ground/live execution when required
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Campaign, Tech) to ensure seamless execution
- Align livestream mechanics with inventory planning, pricing strategy, and campaign visibility
- Ensure internal stakeholders are updated on progress and performance
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., GMV, conversion rate, viewership, engagement)
- Conduct post-mortem reviews with brands and internal teams
- Recommend optimizations to improve future livestream outcomes
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing, account management, or related roles Knowledge and Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to understand and interpret brand commercial objectives
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
