Join our team as an SAP/OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Techno-Functional Consultant and play a key role in delivering innovative invoice automation and accounts payable solutions for global clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP and OpenText VIM to analyze business requirements, design and implement scalable solutions, and drive end-to-end project delivery. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, you will help organizations streamline Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, enhance invoice processing efficiency, and maximize the value of their SAP ecosystem through best-in-class VIM, OCR, and archiving integrations.
What It Takes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP/OpenText VIM solutions.
- Proven experience with OCR and Archiving integrations, including solution configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, invoice management, and Accounts Payable operations.
- Experience integrating SAP VIM with OCR platforms, archiving solutions, and SAP modules such as FI, MM, and SD.
- Hands-on expertise configuring VIM workflows, document types, OCR functionalities, and Post Processing Framework (PPF).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot complex business and technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
