Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Application Support Engineer to join our Application Managed Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of OpenText VIM workflows integrated within an SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide extensive functional and technical application support for SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) / OpenText.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues, workflow bottlenecks, and configuration errors.
Design, build, and implement technical solutions and system enhancements to improve invoicing processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Maintain clear system documentation and provide root-cause analysis for recurring incidents.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of extensive, hands-on experience with OpenText / SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
Core Skills: Strong background in problem-solving, application analysis, and technical design/build within SAP environments.
Education: Open to Bachelor's Degree holders or candidates with a strong combo-fit profile (verified equivalent professional experience).

Location: Taguig City, Philippines (Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2, BGC)

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (45 hours per week)
