- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality SAP training programmes for end users, consultants, and technical teams.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and learning documentation tailored to business and learner needs.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and customise learning solutions accordingly.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and lab-based training sessions using demonstrations, hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and practical workshops.
- Guide and support learners in meeting WSQ competency and assessment requirements.
- Assess learner performance, provide feedback, and continuously improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Professional SAP certifications in FICO, SD, MM, or other SAP modules will be an advantage.
- Experience delivering WSQ-accredited training programmes is preferred.
- ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) certification.
- Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in SAP implementation, consulting, or training.
- Preferably experience in SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, ABAP, BTP, or Clean Core solutions.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes, system configuration, and end-to-end implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners and simplify complex technical concepts into practical learning experiences.
