The Role at a Glance

As an SAP Tosca Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex business logic and automated efficiency. You'll ensure the flawless performance of critical SAP modules (FI, SD, MM, and Supply Chain) using Tricentis Tosca.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Delight: Partner with stakeholders to validate end-to-end business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
• Operational Excellence: Build and maintain high-impact automated test scripts for SAP and API layers.
• Continuous Innovation: Refine automation frameworks and manage defects via Jira or SAP Solution Manager.
• Collaborative Growth: Share expertise in SAP S/4HANA and mentor peers to elevate team performance.

Measuring Success

• Impact: Achieving high automation coverage with minimal production defect leakage.
• Efficiency: Meeting sprint velocities aligned with New Zealand business milestones.
• Partnership: Maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction and driving project extensions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3–7+ years in Test Automation with at least 3 years focused on Tricentis Tosca and SAP/API testing.
• Domain Knowledge: Expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules (FI, SD, MM).
• Attributes: Proactive coordination skills and a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Shift: Readiness for a 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM hybrid schedule (New Zealand business hours).
