PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
. Proactive involvement in an end-to-end SAP solutions (i.e. S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Ariba,
SuccessFactors, Concur, etc.) implementation
. Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key
stakeholders
. Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients desired business outcomes
. Define To-Be technical solution design and architecture
. Co-develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve To-Be technical solution
design and architecture effectively
. Conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes
. Support and pursuits team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver
projects
. Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
. Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal
development.
. Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
. Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and
recommendations.
. Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
. Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
. Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.

Preferred skills
Roles/Responsibilities:
. Involvement in planning, designing, leading and executing SAP Implementation / Rollout / Upgrade /
Assessment / Advisory related activities
. Ability to lead and conduct technical discussion / meeting / workshop with client teams and key
stakeholders, including but not limited to technical aspects such as cloud, infrastructure, security, network,
development and integration.
. Able to provide technical advisory relating to SAP solutions, provide recommendation and sound justification
of the recommendations according to common SAP best practices.
. Ability to deliver technical presentation and adjust / simplify the materials to wide variety of audiences
including but not limited to Executive/C-level stakeholders.
. Strong capability in delivering, developing and/or configuring on more than one SAP technical areas (i.e.
Basis, ABAP, Fiori, Integration, Security, BI, BTP)
. Leading and developing junior technical consultants
. Actively participate and contribute to business development activities, such as responding to RFI/RFP,
performing Proof-of-Concept (POC) on specific technical topics.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
. Sound understanding of IT fundamentals, especially SAP, and be able to provide an optimum technical
solution utilizing combination of capabilities within SAP ecosystems.
. Exposure to ASAP implementation methodologies or any Accelerated methodologies for quick wins
. Know-how in design, development / configuration, technical framework/strategy building, technical
specifications, testing (i.e unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, load testing) and cutover
. Deep client engagement skills (requirements gathering, workshops, analysis).
. Having the capability to work on milestone-based deliverables.
Prerequisite:
. Minimum 10 years experience in at least three SAP technical modules below, in at least 7 full-cycle
implementation experiences of mid to high complexity:
o SAP Basis
o SAP ABAP
o SAP Fiori/UI5
o SAP PI/PO/Integration Suite
o SAP BTP
o SAP Security/Authorisation
. Excellent in client facing interactions, leading & driving client workshop, design, configuration, system
build, training and cutover
. Team lead and/or solution architect experience
