About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedSAP Team Leaderto oversee team operations, ensure compliance with procedures, and support SAP and digital wholesale applications. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and process management skills to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily team activities and ensure adherence to established procedures

• Oversee SAP SD and MM modules along with Digital Wholesale Applications

• Act as the primary point of contact with the Governance Team for queries and clarifications

• Communicate and distribute important updates and information to team members and Service Manager

• Ensure all procedures are followed and maintain compliance standards

• Update and maintain the Knowledge Base with accurate and current information

• Ensure timely handling and resolution of incidents

• Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HD1

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience inSAP SD and MM modules

• Good understanding of digital wholesale applications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
