Job Description

JOIN OUR TEAM!

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Expert. The SAP Support Expert is responsible for handling level 1 SAP queries and user support, incident, change request, user authorization and project coordination of SAP related projects.

Responsibilities:

A. L1 Help Desk

  • Answers user queries on SAP for SD, MM and FICO and assess how much time needed to resolve their concern
  • Walkthrough users on how to use specific T-Codes
  • Resolves issues raised by end users that includes but not limited to walkthrough, T-Code issues and third-party tools that interfaces SAP
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct system performance tuning, and recommend improvements.
  • Escalates and coordinates for higher level of support.
  • Analyze and process user access requests.
  • Recommend user access roles design
  • Resolves user access related issue.
  • Review and analyze SOD, STA and User Access report by leveraging excel skills.
  • Very good command on English on both written and spoken communication to formulate
  • Generate SAP usage reports, service now data through excel
  • SME for SAP integration initiatives and projects
  • Administer third party SAP integrated system / application.
  • Answer queries for third party SAP integrated system / application
  • Create technical specifications, functional specifications, and other documentation on SAP related initiatives
  • Create training decks for refresher training on specific SAP modules
  • Present training deck as a trainer for refresher course, enhancement and changes in SAP

B. Change Initiative Support

  • Consultant of change requests and filter change requests if it will be valid or there is another way to address the proposed change
  • Data collection, coordination, tracking and monitoring and testing of SAP change requests.
  • Represent serviced BU for any change request from filing to deployment of change request.
  • Recommends changes and coordinate with user in SAP functionality enhancement
  • Represent serviced BU concerning SAP functionalities.
  • Coordinates and manage UAT and deployment of SAP enhancement projects.
  • SPOC for all change requests under SSC
  • Assess the impact of system changes, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure proper testing and documentation of changes

C. Administrative

  • Represent as the trainer for train the trainer session on SAP projects
  • Administer SAP third party tools as necessary
  • Represent serviced BU as on specialist on SAP related discussions

The incumbent may be required to carry out any other duties as directed by the immediate superior. The responsibility level of any other duties should not exceed those outlined above.

Experience:Required Experience

Minimum of five years of experience in a role setting up SAP Landscape in AWS either as SI or managing SI.

Required Qualification

  • Advance to master level of In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP modules in MM, SD, FICO
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Advance understanding of SAP database structure
  • Strong customer service skills to provide support to SAP users.
  • Familiarity with SAP transport management and change control procedures
  • Knowledge of SAP integration scenarios with other systems or third-party applications.
