What You'll Do
- Provide Level 1.5 / Level 2 SAP support for assigned modules (e.g. MM, SD, FI, PM, CS, or other core SAP modules).
- Analyse and resolve user-reported incidents, service requests, and system issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in troubleshooting transaction errors, data inconsistencies, authorisation issues, and basic integration issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or technical teams with clear functional analysis.
- Perform minor configuration changes under guidance from senior consultants.
- Assist with applying OSS notes, testing support packs, and validating fixes.
- Support master data maintenance and data correction activities following approved processes.
- Participate in unit testing and support UAT for system changes and enhancements.
- Assist in preparing test scripts, test evidence, and defect documentation.
- Maintain and update functional documentation, user guides, and support procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with business users and global SAP teams.
Key Criteria
- 1–4+ years of experience working in an SAP support or functional role.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, FI, PM).
- Understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes and transactional flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured support environment and follow processes.

Manila (BGC, Taguig): Perth hours (8 am–5 pm PHT) with a remote work setup
