SAP Supply Chain Senior Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Senior Manager to join our growing SAP practice. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive large-scale SAP transformation programs, lead client engagements, and contribute to the growth of the company's SAP consulting capabilities.
As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with clients to assess business challenges, design innovative supply chain solutions, and deliver successful SAP-enabled transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Phase 0/Discovery workshops, assessments, and client engagements.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to identify business requirements and transformation opportunities.
- Translate business processes into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and benefits realization plans.
- Conduct end-to-end assessments from project initiation through closure.
- Design and present innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Lead large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams and client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive business development, solutioning, and practice growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
SAP & Supply Chain Expertise
- Extensive experience in SAP Supply Chain solutions, including:
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management)
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
- Proven ability to align business processes with technology-enabled solutions.
Industry & Functional Knowledge
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices across industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, or related sectors.
- Experience developing supply chain transformation strategies and operating models.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to supply chain operations.
Leadership & Consulting Skills
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and consulting capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Project Management
- Proven track record managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Experience overseeing project planning, execution, governance, and delivery.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are advantageous.
