Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. You will be accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage Project Plans and Budgets: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. This includes managing IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors
- Manage SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure quality assurance and testing of SuccessFactors solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SuccessFactors solutions align with business strategies and objectives

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors project management including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
- SAP SuccessFactors experience in:
- Recruiting Management (RCM)
- Onboarding (ONB)
- Employee Central (EC)
