▪️ Work Location: Uptown Tower 3, BGC, Taguig (Philippines)
▪️Salary: up to 89,000 (TBD) + 3,000 non taxable allowance
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance organizational value. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The position also entails collaborating with various stakeholders to support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and assisting in the implementation of critical projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with English Language.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting change management activities.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and transformation methodologies.
