SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across client organisations
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements related to different modules of SuccessFactors and cross-functional HR processes
• Design, configure, test, and support SuccessFactors modules in alignment with business and compliance requirements
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define processes and best practices
• Manage integration requirements between SAP SuccessFactors modules, as well as third-party systems
• Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployments
• Provide functional expertise, troubleshoot application issues and recommend process improvements
• Develop solution documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and project teams
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline and budget
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors product enhancements and industry best practices.

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any equivalent course
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, with strong expertise in the multiple modules
• Proven experience in full project lifecycle delivery, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and integration with Employee Central and other modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management best practices
• Experience in conducting workshops and managing business stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration frameworks and data migration processes is advantageous
• SAP SuccessFactors multiple module certifications is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Willingness to travel for client engagements when required
