Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable HR solutions, optimizing HR processes, and integrating Employee Central with SAP and third-party applications. Strong experience in end-to-end implementations, support, testing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Configure Employee Central modules including:
• Foundation Objects
• Employee Data
• Job Information
• Position Management
• Organizational Management
• Workflows
• Business Rules
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Configure data models, workflows, event reasons, and approval processes.
• Perform data migration using import tools and data templates.
• Support integrations with SAP HCM/SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Manage release upgrades and implement new Employee Central features.
• Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Train HR users and provide post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, organizational standards, and data security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle Employee Central implementation.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• End-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
• Global Employee Central deployments.
• Integration with SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, or Employee Central Payroll.
• Support and enhancement projects.
• Experience with HR business processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational changes
