We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, support projects, integrations, and client interaction.. More details as below.

Work Location: Philippines (Remote)

Contract Period: 8 months to 2 years, extendable - convertible to perm

Shift : Day

Required Skills:

• • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• • Knowledge of Business Rules, Workflows, RBP, and Position Management
• • Experience in EC data models and Foundation Objects
• • Hands-on experience in integrations and data migration
• • Good understanding of HR business processes
• • Experience in implementation, rollout, AMS, or support projects
• • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• • Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes and Employee Central functionalities
• • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module as per business requirements
• • Work on Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• • Handle data migration, data validation, and system integration activities
• • Support integrations between SAP SF EC and third-party systems using CPI/Integration Center/APIs
• • Participate in workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• • Provide production support, issue resolution, and enhancement support
• • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials
• • Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification
