Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position supports transformation efforts by preparing business cases and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technology-driven outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.

• Document and communicate business architecture artifacts to support decision-making processes.

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
• Experience in translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate business needs and technical concepts clearly.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• This position is based at our Cebu office.
