Job Description:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and value creation. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position supports transformational initiatives by preparing business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation phases, ensuring that technology and operational models meet business needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.

- Document and communicate business architecture artifacts to support decision-making.

- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance business architecture approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with English Language.

- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.

- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions.

- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Must have and Good to have skills: Very Good Employee Central Experience

Number of years experiences needed: >=5 yrs

No. of hours per week: 45 hours

Shift Schedule: 8am to 6pm

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 1x a month will follow project schedule
