SAP Specialist (MM)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure Quality Assurance of SAP S/4HANA System Integrator Deliverables
2. Oversee and validate outputs from external consultants to ensure alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and SAP best practices.
3. Review and Validate SAP Blueprints

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements.
• Identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for design improvement.
• Recommend enhancements to ensure scalability and compliance.
• Validate alignment with strategic goals and secure stakeholder approvals.

1. Evaluate Functional Specifications for SAP WRICEFs

• Ensure functional specs accurately translate business needs into system behavior.
• Confirm coverage of inputs, logic, outputs, and user interfaces.
• Validate integration across modules and inclusion of test scenarios.
• Align WRICEFs with both technical feasibility and business value.

1. Review SAP S/4HANA Configuration

• Assess configuration of workflows, validation rules, and reporting features.
• Ensure settings reflect real-world business operations and regulatory requirements.
• Validate seamless integration across SAP modules and third-party systems.

1. Lead Testing and Issue Resolution

• Conduct and support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze and resolve issues through root cause analysis.
• Ensure that the system performs reliably and meets defined KPIs.

1. Collaborate Across Functional and Technical Teams

• Work with SAP consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders to support end-to-end implementation.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and end-user enablement for post-go-live support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field; SAP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation/support, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep expertise in the Materials Management (MM) module; experience with integration to FICO, SD, or other modules is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on involvement in blueprint validation, WRICEF reviews, configuration, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, configuration, and system behavior.
• Familiarity with SAP WRICEFs, Fiori apps, and cross-functional module dependencies.
• Understanding of SAP HANA data structures and reporting capabilities.
• Exposure to ABAP debugging, SQL, or technical specs is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Business process understanding and ability to map to SAP capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex documentation.
• Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and system optimization.
