Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting – Onboarding Lead Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) solutions for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders and project teams to transform talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring organizations can streamline hiring workflows, improve candidate experience, and optimize HR operations using modern cloud-based HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors Implementation

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules
  • Design and optimize end-to-end recruitment and onboarding workflows
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements, HR policies, and compliance standards

Talent Acquisition Process Transformation

  • Analyze existing recruitment processes and recommend improvements
  • Design scalable digital hiring and onboarding frameworks
  • Improve candidate experience through optimized recruiting workflows and automation

Solution Design & Integration

  • Configure job requisitions, candidate pipelines, onboarding processes, and approval workflows
  • Support integration between SuccessFactors modules, SAP HCM, and third-party HR systems
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and system alignment across platforms

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead functional workstreams for SuccessFactors implementation projects
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering
  • Provide advisory support to HR leaders on HR digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors solutions through training and knowledge transfer

Qualifications

✔ 8–12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or HR technology implementations

✔ Strong experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB)

✔ Experience leading SuccessFactors implementation or HR transformation projects

✔ Strong understanding of talent acquisition lifecycle and onboarding processes

✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
